Coming this October: a Creativity Retreat in scenic Door County.

Jeanette Stevenson, CPCC, PLC, CM

I have a passion to show others their true potential so they may lead the lives they are meant to live! My purpose in developing Point of You is to be able to work with others and empower them to use their strengths (some of which they are not aware of yet) to move toward action in their lives. The style of coaching I use is "co-active coaching", which means you come to coaching naturally resourceful, creative and whole. You are not coming to coaching to be fixed - but to begin to live by using the tools you already have within you.

As your coach we will form an alliance together as we begin to develop your goals and vision for success. We will identify the obstacles and begin to eliminate or find ways to work around them in order to bring you closer to your dream. I will encourage you along the way and keep you accountable for staying on track. I will also support you when you are struggling and remind you of your strengths and your desire to succeed.

I received my training at CTI (Coach Training Institute), and am continuing my growth and education at CTI to stay abreast of all that coaching can be. I champion others toward success, yet firmly hold them accountable so that they may move quickly to action. I have been coaching others most of my life, and also enjoy doing personal growth workshops.

Wheel of Life imageCTI (The Coaches Training Institute) has an exciting new feature on its website: The Assessment Wheel. This is a tool that contains areas that, viewed together, represent one way of describing a whole life. The tool measures your level of satisfaction and range of expression in these areas as a snapshot in time. As you work through the Assessment Wheel, you will discover areas in which you can acknowledge yourself for the success you have created and areas in which you may want to improve your level of satisfaction.

Print versions of the personal and professional Assessment Wheels are available for download below.

How Do You Show Up in Life?
Do you ever feel like you're putting on an act? Do you find yourself trying to be the perfect wife, mother, friend, and neighbor? You will learn to identify what makes you uniquely vital to this world and how to capitalize on your authentic self. In short, learn how to steer clear of the Stepford wife stereotype and discover the impact of sharing your authentic self with the world.

Resisting A-Rest
As women it is hard for us to find a time or place to rest. When we do, it is usually accompanied by guilt. When all the others around us need something all time we tend to neglect our needs. I will share how we as women need to fill ourselves up in order to give to others. We will brainstorm as a group on ways to take care of us and stop resisting a rest! Wait until you see how easy it is to serve others when you have taken care of yourself.

Life Vision Board Workshop
Create your very own Life Vision Board. In this workshop we will begin to uncover your dreams and goals for your life. We will do this by defining your values, motivation and obstacles. You will not only write out your personal and professional goals, but you get to add a creative twist that makes it your own. You will create your Life Vision Board using pictures, words and quotes that speak to you.
